由于大型公共项目具有建设周期长、资金投入大、管理难度大、社会影响大、侧重项目综合效益等特点,如果项目失败,将带来沉重的财政负担。因此有必要对其进行全寿命周期的集成管理,监控大型项目的设计、施工、运营的每一个环节。针对大型博览项目的特点引入BIM (建筑信息模型),从传统二维转向以BIM技术为基础的三维协同方式,通过开发基于BIM技术的大型项目管理平台,为博览项目提供高效、便利的管理工具。本文提出了基于BIM的大型博览项目全寿命周期项目管理平台的理论架构以及具体实施规划,并描述其应用实例。通过创建基于BIM技术管理平台,为大型博览项目的管理者提供了信息化的项目管理工具。在项目整个建设过程和运营过程中实现工程信息的高度共享,提高项目总体管理水平。

With rapid economic development and advance of urbanization in China, large-scale public building is emerging constantly. It involves multi-disciplinary collaboration, exchange of large amount of building data, long construction period, large capital investment, huge social impact, as well as overall effectiveness of the projects and so on. Once fail,it will bring heavy financial burden to the country. Therefore there is an urged need for an integrated platform which provides scientific and effective management in the whole life cycle of project to monitor every link of construction. In order to meet the needs of management in large-scale public projects, using BIM ( Building Information Modeling)technology to change the traditional 2D collaborative approach and shift to the collaborative approach. This paper presents a life-cycle management platform large Expo project based on BIM, its theoretical framework, implementation plan and application. From the case study we can see that the BIM-based management platform can help create, analyze, present information digitally to maximum efficiency in data processing. By creating a management platform, a high degree of the project information can be shared to improve the value of information, as well as the overall management level in the whole life-cycle of projects.
