目的:探讨红细胞溶血试验在化妆品眼刺激性检测中的适用性。方法选用9种化妆品产品进行眼刺激试验,确定家兔红细胞50%发生溶血时的化妆品浓度(HD50值)和血红蛋白变性指数(DI,%),计算刺激指数IP= HD50/DI,以IP=HD50/DI值作为评价标准,进行眼刺激性分级。将红细胞溶血试验刺激性分级结果与家兔眼刺激试验(Draize eye test)结果进行分级一致性比较,初步分析体外试验的适用性。结果红细胞溶血试验与动物实验结果比较中,9种样品中有7种结果一致,一致率为77.8%(相关性为0.4962)。结论虽然实验结果说明两者有一定的相关性,但多方面而言,红细胞溶血试验能否真正取代动物实验还有待商榷。

Objective To study the red blood cell hemolysis test on the applicability of the cosmetic eye irritation test.Methods9 kinds of cosmetic products are chosen as the subjects, and determine the subjects of rabbit red blood cell hemolysis occurs in 50% subjects (HD50) and the initial concentration of hemoglobin denaturation index (DI, %), the calculation of IP=HD50/DI, with IP=HD50/DI value as evaluation standard, make eye irritant grading.Results excitant grading erythrocyte hemolysis test and animal experiment results are compared, and grading consistency preliminary analysis the applicability of the in vitro. Results: Red blood cell hemolysis test and animal experiment result comparison, seven of nine subjects content is consistent, consistent rate was 77.8%(probability=0.4962). ConclusionThough the experiment results show that both have certain relevance, but many ways, red blood cell hemolysis test failed to truly replace animal testing.
