目的：探讨前后联合入路与单一入路对累及双柱的复杂髋臼骨折的疗效情况。方法分析我院2009年6月～2014年6月骨外科收治的82例复杂髋臼骨折患者临床资料，依据手术入路方式不同进行分组，前后联合入路组50例和单一入路组32例。结果前后联合入路组复杂髋臼骨折患者复位优良率高于单一入路组，前后联合入路组复杂髋臼骨折患者的髋关节功能恢复优良率高于单一入路组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论前后联合入路对累及双柱的复杂髋臼骨折的疗效明显，预后良好，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토전후연합입로여단일입로대루급쌍주적복잡관구골절적료효정황。방법분석아원2009년6월～2014년6월골외과수치적82례복잡관구골절환자림상자료，의거수술입로방식불동진행분조，전후연합입로조50례화단일입로조32례。결과전후연합입로조복잡관구골절환자복위우량솔고우단일입로조，전후연합입로조복잡관구골절환자적관관절공능회복우량솔고우단일입로조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론전후연합입로대루급쌍주적복잡관구골절적료효명현，예후량호，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore curative effect of combined anterior and posterior approach and single approach in treatment of complex two-column acetabular fractures.MethodsClinical data 82 patients with complex two-column acetabular fractures who were admitted to our hospital from June 2009 to June 2014 were analyzed and they were allocated to the combined anterior and posterior approach group with 50 patients and the single approach group with 32 patients according to different approach methods.Results Excellent and good rate of reduction of patients with complex acetabular fractures in the combined anterior and posterior approach group was higher than that of the single approach group. Excellent and good rate of hip joint function recovery of patients with complex acetabular fractures in the combined anterior and posterior approach group was higher than that of the single approach group (P<0.05). The difference was statistical significant.ConclusionCombined anterior and posterior approach in the treatment of complex acetabulum fractures has a significant curative effect and good prognosis, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
