为满足非车载充电机与电动汽车之间互连互通的需求,提出非车载充电机与电动汽车之间通信兼容性测试的试验方法和系统方案。方案基于现行的电动汽车充电系统通信标准要求,实现对通信电路性能、协议符合性、通信故障响应的综合测试和评估,并且能够独立完成充电通信环境中所需要的各种参数采集、分析和显示工作。通过实验室测试和充电站现场测试,结果表明所提出的测试方法能够对充电过程中通信关键性能指标进行全面的实验验证和分析,对提高通信性能具有一定的参考价值。

In order to meet the demand of interconnection between the off-board chargers and electric vehicles, this paper proposes a systematic solution to test the compatibility of communication between them.Based on the existing communication standards of electric vehicle charging system, this solution can make a comprehensive test and evalua-tion on communication circuit performance, protocol conformance and communication failure response.Meanwhile, it is able to independently fulfil the work of collecting, analyzing and displaying of various parameters within charging communication environment.The results of laboratory tests and charging station field tests show that the proposed method could make the comprehensive verification and analysis on the key communication performance index during the charging process and improve the communication performance.
