改进ELISA快速测定牛奶中阿维菌素的前处理方法，以改进后处理液作为标准品基质绘制标准曲线，IC50浓度值为1.9μg/L，与PBS缓冲液测定值相同；对牛奶中阿维菌素的检出限为2.0μg/L，对牛奶样品的加标回收率范围为75.8%-104.8%，批内、批间变异系数均未超过15.0%；以两种前处理方法对实际样品进行处理后检测，改进后处理方法检测结果更接近仪器方法检测值且与检测值相差不大，因此该试剂盒可满足相关残留检测国家标准，能满足我国市场和进出口食品检测需要。

To improve avermectins pretreatment method in milk sample,post-processing liquid as standard matrix was used to draw standard curve. The result showed IC50 value was 1.9μg/L same as PBS buffer measurements. The limit of detection(LOD)was 2.0μg/L. The average recoveries of milk samples ranged between 75.8%-104.8%. Coefficients of variation(CVs)were not more than 15.0%. Two pretreatment methods were used to test the actual samples and result displayed values of post-processing method was closer to the instrument readings. So the kit can meet the national standard residue detection and can be applied in the market and entry-exit food testing.
