提出在传统双馈风机背靠背变换器直流侧加上储能单元,并通过改变负载侧变换器容量扩展储能单元平抑功率波动的能力,设计了一种可孤岛运行的双馈风机系统。该系统转子侧变换器采用功率解耦控制策略,实现最大功率跟踪。负载侧变换器采用恒压恒频控制策略,实现孤岛系统的恒压恒频。切换并网模式时采用频率扰动相角同步控制策略,实现孤岛系统与电网相角快速同步。搭建Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,仿真结果表明,该控制策略能够实现风机孤岛系统的稳定运行和并网切换时相角的快速同步。

A design of wind power generation system with Double Fed Induction Generator(DFIG)in isolated system is proposed, with an Energy Storage System ( ESS) inserted in the direct current side of the back-to-back converter and the capacitychange of the load side converter to amplify the ESS’ s ability to stabilize the power fluctuation.Power de-coupling control strategy is applied for the rotor-side converter of the system to achieve maximum power tracking.Con-stant voltage and frequency control strategy is applied for the load-side converter to achieve the voltage and frequency constancy in isolated system.A phase synchronization control strategy based on frequency disturbance is applied when the isolated system parallels in the grid.A simulation model of Matlab/Simulink is developed and the results show the effectiveness of the control strategy for the stable operation of isolated system and the rapid synchronization when the system parallels in the grid.
