DSP和FPGA等大规模数字集成电路因管脚多、间距密,在电装过程中易出现焊接故障。为减少排故时间,采用了边界扫描测试方法。本文介绍了边界扫描测试技术的基本原理,以及故障诊断的方法,并通过实例仿真验证该方法的有效性。为今后提高可测试性设计水平打下良好基础。

The large-scale digital integrated circuit such as DSP and FPGA , easy to appear welding failure in process of electric fitting because of the large quantity of circuit pin and the close spacing . Boundary-scan test technology is being used widely to reduce times on fault diagnosis .The basic principle of performance test based on Boundary-scan( BS) technology is briefly discussed , develops a new method of fault diagnosis .The application shows the efficiency of the method .Boundary-scan test technology will meet the need of further development on test plan .
