针对第Ⅴ阶段汽柴油新标准的修订内容，分析了对检验人员及检测仪器带来的影响。新标准的修订对实验室、检验人员及检测仪器提出了新的要求：整体规划与合理调整实验室的布局，大力开展技术人员的业务培训，加大有技术专长人员的引进，尽快更新和采购先进仪器，提高实验室的检验检测综合能力，积极应对第Ⅴ阶段汽柴油新标准的实施。
針對第Ⅴ階段汽柴油新標準的脩訂內容，分析瞭對檢驗人員及檢測儀器帶來的影響。新標準的脩訂對實驗室、檢驗人員及檢測儀器提齣瞭新的要求：整體規劃與閤理調整實驗室的佈跼，大力開展技術人員的業務培訓，加大有技術專長人員的引進，儘快更新和採購先進儀器，提高實驗室的檢驗檢測綜閤能力，積極應對第Ⅴ階段汽柴油新標準的實施。
침대제Ⅴ계단기시유신표준적수정내용，분석료대검험인원급검측의기대래적영향。신표준적수정대실험실、검험인원급검측의기제출료신적요구：정체규화여합리조정실험실적포국，대력개전기술인원적업무배훈，가대유기술전장인원적인진，진쾌경신화채구선진의기，제고실험실적검험검측종합능력，적겁응대제Ⅴ계단기시유신표준적실시。
Focusing on the revisions of Stage V new standard of gasoline and diesel,its impacts on inspection staff and inspection equipment were analyzed. The revisions of new standard put forward new requirements for laboratories,inspection staff and inspection equipment:overall planning and reasonable adjustment of laboratories’layout,energetically carrying out training of technical staff,introduction of personnel with technical expertise,update and purchase advanced equipment as soon as possible, improvement of inspection and testing ability of laboratories,active responds to implementation of Stage V new standard of gasoline and diesel.
