建立蔬菜中吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺、啶虫脒、呋虫胺、噻虫啉和噻虫胺等烟碱类农药残留的QuEChERS前处理技术与LC-Q-TOF-MS高分辨质谱分析方法。优化了烟碱农药残留QuEChERS前处理方法中石墨化碳黑、硫酸镁与氯化钠用量,样品离心、过滤,高效液相色谱分析,一级TOF-MS和二级IDA-MS高分辨质谱模式进行检测,外标法定量分析。结果表明,7种烟碱在5 min内实现分离,5-400μg/L浓度范围内线性关系好,相关系数r达到0.999;7种烟碱方法检出限分别是1.8、1.8、1.8、0.45、0.1、0.3和2.4μg/L。本方法操作简单、准确,可快速定性和定量分析蔬菜中烟碱农药残留。

It was established for the determination of imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, nitenpyram, acetamiprid, dinotefuran, thiacloprid and chothianidin in vegetables by LC-Q-TOF-MS with QuEChERS. The samples were pretreated to extract the nicotinoid insecticides by QuEChERS about the dosage of graphitized carbon black, magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride. The samples were centrifuged with ultrafiltration centrifugal tube before injection into the chromatographic system, which were monitored in the TOF-MS and IDA-MS mode. The result showed that the seven kinds of nicotinoids were separated in the five minutes. The concentration of nicotinoids in the range of 5-400μg/L was linearly correlated to the peak area, with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999, and limit of detection 1.8, 1.8, 1.8, 0.45, 0.1, 0.3 and 2.4μg/L, respectively. It was a simple, quick and accurate analytical method for the detection of nicotinoids residues in vegetables.
