目的:干式免疫散射色谱法,免疫比浊法,VIDAS D-二聚体定量分析3种方法测定D-二聚体进行比较。方法:用干式免疫散射色谱法,免疫比浊法,VIDAS D-二聚体定量分析3种方法对待测样本分别进行测定。结果:3组特异性较一致,但VIDAS D-二聚体定量分析方法准确度和线性范围均优于另外2种方法,且不受溶血、脂血、胆血及类风湿因子( RF)的影响。结论:VIDAS D-二聚体定量分析方法准确度高和灵敏度高,线性范围广,且不受溶血、脂血、胆血及类风湿因子( RF)的影响,WHO建议D-二聚体国际检测标准方法为ELISA( VIDAS D-Dimer),是检测D-二聚体的首选方法。

Objective To discuss dry scatter chromatography, immunoturbidimetric method, VIDAS d-dimer in quantitative analysis of three kinds of methods for the determination of d-dimer were compared.Methods:Using dry scatter chromatography, immunoturbidimet-ric method, VIDAS d-dimer analysis three ways to measure the samples were measured.Results:Three groups of specificity was gener-ally agreed, VIDAS d-dimer method accuracy and linearity were better than the other two methods, and was not affected by hemolysis, blood lipid, blood and bile of rheumatoid factor ( RF) effects.Conclusion:VIDAS d-dimer analysis method of high accuracy and high sensitivity, wide range of linear and not affected by hemolysis, blood lipid, blood and bile of rheumatoid factor ( RF) of, WHO recom-mended international standard method for detecting d-dimer as ELISA ( VIDAS D-Dimer) , which should be the preferred method for the detection of d-dimer.
