合理确定导弹武器装备检测周期对于降低维护成本、方便用户使用、及时发现故障并确保可用度具有重要意义。针对主要根据可靠性信息和类似产品的使用经验来确定检测周期的不足,提出基于贮存可用度的检测周期确定方法,综合考虑贮存过程中的可靠性、维修性、测试性、保障性等因素,建立了贮存可用度与检测周期之间的数学模型,给出检测周期的确定方法。以某型空空导弹为例,采用本方法确定了其贮存过程中的检测周期,结果与实际调研分析结论基本一致,表明该方法具有工程实践应用价值。

It is very important to determine the test cycle for missile weapon equipment , which can reduce maintenance cost , be comfortable for usage , detect failure timely and ensure availability .For the deficiency of determining test cycle based on reliability prediction information and experience of similar products, method of determining test cycle based on storage availability is proposed , and factors of relia-bility, maintainability , testability and supportability are synthetically considered , mathematical model be-tween storage availability and test cycle is then established , and method of determining test cycle is given . The method is applied on certain kind of air-to-air missile to determine the test cycle , and the result gen-erally keeps up with investigation conclusion , which indicates the engineer value of this method .
