By means of document-based research and logical analysis this paper explores the relevance of sport and the governance of law.Research shows that:sport competition and the governance of law are kinds of governance rule, and they have some similarities. There is a convergence on ritual and operation mode be?tween them;competitive pattern has blended in the judicial practice;they have inherently similar logic,which present their commensurability.
