近些年，计算机和互联网技术的发展势头迅猛，各行各业都充分利用网络通讯为自己行业带来的红利，这当然也包括工程建设领域。工程技术和与之同步的工程管理逐步走向信息化愈来愈成为这个领域的必然趋势，也是时代的要求。工程造价管理信息化，即把工程造价管理的概念与现代化的信息技术结合起来，使两者互相促进、共同发展。这也意味着对传统造价管理模式的改革和创新。本文通过对国内外工程造价管理信息化的现状的探讨和分析，并与我国公路工程造价管理的探索实践工作相结合，进行了公路建设工程造价管理信息化设计。这一全新的理念将极大地改善公路项目造价管理水平，提高管理效率并有效降低成本。

In recent years, the computer and Internet technology has the rapid development, all walks of life are making full use of network communication for the dividends of their industry, of course, these also include the engineering construction field. The informatization of engineering technology and the synchronous project management becomes the inevitable trend in this field, it is also the request of the ages. The informatization of engineering cost management means combining the concept of the project cost management with modern information technology, making the improvement common development of them. This also means reforming and innovating the traditional cost management mode. Through the discussing and analyzing the current situation of domestic and foreign engineering cost management informatization, combined with the exploration practical work of highway engineering cost management in China, this paper designs the cost management informatization of highway construction project. This new concept will greatly improves the highway project cost management level and the management efficiency and reduce the cost.
