Yinghua pills%CPID%Observation on curative effect
目的：观察和分析国内最新妇科消炎中成药英花片对慢性盆腔炎治疗的效果。方法：依据选择标准，选取门诊就医并确诊的慢性盆腔炎患者180例，采取完全随机分组法，将患者分为观察组120例，对照组60例。观察组口服英花片，3片/次，3次/d，对照组口服妇科千金片，6片/次，3次/d，均治疗4周，比较两组综合疗效，治疗前后主要症状、体征，病情积分及观察组随机抽取的30例患者治疗前后甲襞微循环参数。结果：英花片治疗慢性盆腔炎总有效率97.5%，明显优于对照组81.7%（P＜0.01）；对白带增多、下腹坠胀、子宫压痛、附件区压痛等主要症状、体征改善的总有效率分别为96.4%、97.0%、96.3%、97.2%，均优于对照组（P＜0.01）；两组治疗后积分均低于治疗前（P＜0.01），但观察组更优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组30例患者的流态积分、袢周状态积分、总积分治疗前后比较有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论：英花片对治疗慢性盆腔炎有明显疗效，能改善患者的主要症状、体征和组织微循环，修复受损组织，并且安全、无毒副作用。

목적：관찰화분석국내최신부과소염중성약영화편대만성분강염치료적효과。방법：의거선택표준，선취문진취의병학진적만성분강염환자180례，채취완전수궤분조법，장환자분위관찰조120례，대조조60례。관찰조구복영화편，3편/차，3차/d，대조조구복부과천금편，6편/차，3차/d，균치료4주，비교량조종합료효，치료전후주요증상、체정，병정적분급관찰조수궤추취적30례환자치료전후갑벽미순배삼수。결과：영화편치료만성분강염총유효솔97.5%，명현우우대조조81.7%（P＜0.01）；대백대증다、하복추창、자궁압통、부건구압통등주요증상、체정개선적총유효솔분별위96.4%、97.0%、96.3%、97.2%，균우우대조조（P＜0.01）；량조치료후적분균저우치료전（P＜0.01），단관찰조경우우대조조（P＜0.05）；관찰조30례환자적류태적분、번주상태적분、총적분치료전후비교유명현차이（P＜0.05）。결론：영화편대치료만성분강염유명현료효，능개선환자적주요증상、체정화조직미순배，수복수손조직，병차안전、무독부작용。
Objectives: To observe and analyze the curative effect of Yinghua Pills and the latest gynecologic anti-inflammatory Chinese traditional patent medicine on CPID. Methods: 180 cases with Chronic Plevic Inflammatory Disease were selected according to the selection standard and randomly divided into an observation group with 120 people and a control group with 60 people. Patients in the observation group took Yinghua Pills three times a day, three pills each time; while patients in the control group took Qianjin Pills, three times a day, six pills each time. After four weeks of treatment, the two groups were compared in terms of overall curative effect, physical signs and symptoms before and after treatment, and condition integration. Nail fold microcirculation parameters before and after treatment of 30 randomly selected patients from the observation group were also compared. Results: The overall efficiency of Yinghua Pills for CPID is 97.5%, obviously higher than that of control group with efficiency 81.7% (P<0.01);along with improved physical signs the overall efficacy for leukorrhagia, pendant expansion in the lower abdomen, pressing pain in the womb, and pressing pain in accessories are 96.4%, 97.0%, 96.3% and 97.2% respectively, all of which are better than those in the control group (P<0.01); after-treatment, integrations of both groups are all higher than before-treatment integrations (P<0.01), yet the observation group is better (P<0.05); flow integrations, status integrations and overall integrations of the 30 patients from the observation group show noticeable differences on a before-and-after basis (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yinghua Pills have obvious curative effect for CPID; can improve patients’ key symptoms, physical signs and organic microcirculations, and repair damaged tissues which has high safety without toxic and side effect.
