BT项目中各方主体利益关系复杂。本文建立了BT项目中业主、投资商、承包商三方的合同与管理关系,试图揭示影响三方行为及意图的主要因素。文中建立了一个基于混合策略纳什均衡的三方收益模型,通过模型的博弈树分析可知,在各方信息不对称的条件下,三方在各自不同的概率范围内的不同行为取向会造成不同的收益结果。通过博弈均衡分析了三方在各自收益最大化的前提下,影响自身行为的主要因素以及应对策略。文中最后给出了各方需要权衡与考虑的现实问题,包括如何在保证各方利益的前提下,增加项目管理红利,并针对BT项目管理给出了一些有价值的建议。

The interests among participants are complicated in BT projects. In this paper, the mutual contract and management relationships referring to the owner, the investor and the contractor are described, which tries to reveal the main factors affecting their behavior and intentions. The manuscript exhibits a triangle revenue model based on mixed strategy Nash Equilibrium illustrating the mysteries of the mutual interest relationships. The revenues for each participant varies by their intentions and behavior in different probabilities and information asymmetries with the help of game tree analysis. The main factors affecting self behavior and coping strategies according to game equilibrium theory are discussed, respectively. The valuable conclusion achieved in this paper is in account of maximum earnings principle for each participant. In the end, some sensible suggestions are proposed for BT project including how to increase project management profit provided for ensuring their own interests. This problem should be weighed and considered cautiously for every participant in BT project.
