合理的风险分担对项目目标和工程项目绩效的实现至关重要，但项目在实施过程中往往合同双方在风险分担和收益分配等方面要求不同，不仅谈判过程旷日持久，而且可能出现其他风险或是承诺无法兑现而出现合同争端。本研究从社会资本的角度出发，引入社会资本的三个测度指标维度，分别建立工程项目管理绩效指标体系以及风险分担指标体系，运用SPSS软件和AMOS软件整理分析问卷数据，建立结构方程模型，验证在高水平社会资本条件下，合理的风险分担对工程项目绩效的显著正向影响关系，从而为通过进行合理的风险分担途径提高工程项目绩效提供参考和借鉴，这对完善我国工程项目管理体制具有突出的现实意义。

Reasonable allocation of risks is crucial to the project objectives and project performance implementation. But in the process of implementing, the negotiation process is very long and other risks may occur or unfulfilled promise in a contract dispute because of both sides ’ different requirements in terms of risk sharing and profit distribution and so on. This study from the perspective of social capital, introduces three measure dimensions of social capital, and set up project management performance index system and index system of risk sharing. Then using SPSS software and AMOS software to analysis questionnaire data, and structural equation model is established, then verified under the condition of high levels of social capital. Reasonable allocation of risks has significantly positive influence on project performance implementation, so as to provide reference to improve the performance by way of making reasonable risk-sharing, which has particular practical significance for perfecting project management system in our country.
