目的:通过对王氏“清暑益气汤”影响高温环境下运动能力的作用机理的研究,初步探讨复方中药对提高机体在高温环境下的特殊适应能力的关系。方法:以王氏“清暑益气汤”作为干预手段,采用动物实验方法,观察复方中药在热应激状态下SD大鼠的运动能力改变,并对大鼠骨骼肌SOD活性、MDA含量、GSH-PX、GSH含量、GST活性进行检测。结果:①服药组大鼠力竭时间明显增加。②安静状态下服药组GSH含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),服药组SOD含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01);大鼠定量负荷后MDA含量、SOD活性于对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01), GSH、GSH-PX明显增加(P<0.05);大鼠力竭后MDA含量、GSH含量、GSH-PX活性于对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:王氏“清暑益气汤”可降低高温环境下对机体运动能力不利影响,明显延长运动力竭时间,“清暑益气汤”能够降低热应激条件下大鼠骨骼肌内 MDA 含量,减少脂质过氧化反应、提高热SOD活性,有效的清除自由基,减轻骨骼肌损伤。

목적:통과대왕씨“청서익기탕”영향고온배경하운동능력적작용궤리적연구,초보탐토복방중약대제고궤체재고온배경하적특수괄응능력적관계。방법:이왕씨“청서익기탕”작위간예수단,채용동물실험방법,관찰복방중약재열응격상태하SD대서적운동능력개변,병대대서골격기SOD활성、MDA함량、GSH-PX、GSH함량、GST활성진행검측。결과:①복약조대서력갈시간명현증가。②안정상태하복약조GSH함량현저고우대조조(P<0.05),복약조SOD함량현저고우대조조(P<0.01);대서정량부하후MDA함량、SOD활성우대조조유현저성차이(P<0.01), GSH、GSH-PX명현증가(P<0.05);대서력갈후MDA함량、GSH함량、GSH-PX활성우대조조유현저성차이(P<0.01)。결론:왕씨“청서익기탕”가강저고온배경하대궤체운동능력불리영향,명현연장운동력갈시간,“청서익기탕”능구강저열응격조건하대서골격기내 MDA 함량,감소지질과양화반응、제고열SOD활성,유효적청제자유기,감경골격기손상。
Objective:Through the mechanism study of influence by Wang "Heat-Relieving Temper-Enhancing Soup" on exercise capacity , this thesis takes a primary study of the relationship of the compound Chinese medicine and the special adaptive ability in high temperature environment. Method: Taking Wang "Heat-Relieving Temper- Enhancing Soup" as a means of intervention, using animal experiment, we observed the exercise capacity change of SD rats under heat stress and examined the rat skeletal muscle SOD activity, MDA content, GSH-PX, GSH contents as well as GST activity. Results:① The time to exhaustion was significantly increased among the②medication group. The GSH level and SOD level of medication group were significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05) in quite state.The rat MDA content, SOD activity in the medication group was significant different from the control group(P<0.01) after quantitative load.GSH, GSH-PX increased significantly (P<0.05); MDA content, GSH content, GSH-PX activity was significant different (P<0.01) than the control group rats after being exhaustive. Conclusions: Wang, "Ching Shu Qi Tang" is able to reduce the adverse effects of high-temperature environment on exercise capacity and significantly prolong the time to exhaustion. Besides, it also works to reduce heat stress MDA content in skeletal muscle of rats, reducing lipid peroxidation, increase heat SOD activity, effectively remove free radicals and reduce muscle damage.
