目的:探讨植入骨屑、骨修复材料(骨优导)结合MIPPO技术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法手术治疗75例胫骨远端骨折患者,其中38例采用植入骨屑、骨优导结合MIPPO技术治疗( A组),37例采用MIPPO技术治疗( B组)。观察两组患者的手术时间、骨折愈合时间及Kofoed踝关节功能评分。结果75例均获得随访,时间7~15个月。手术时间:A组(103.3±16.7)min,B组(99.5±16.4)min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);骨折愈合时间:A组(17.61±2.25)周,B组(20.03±3.39)周,差异有统计意义(P<0.01);Ko-foed踝关节功能评分:A组(87.79±3.64)分,B组(85.35±4.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组均无骨不连及骨延迟愈合发生。结论采用MIPPO技术将骨屑、骨优导植入骨折处,具有创伤小、操作简单、有效利用资源、提高骨折愈合率等特点,是治疗胫骨远端骨折的良好方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of treatment of distal tibial fractures through implantation of bone dust and bone repair material ( Gu YouDao) combined with MIPPO technique. Methods 75 patients with distal tibi-al fractures were divided into two group, 38 patients of which were treated with implantation of Gu YouDao and bone dust combined with MIPPO technique(group A), the others 37 patients were treated with MIPPO technique(group B) . The operation time, fracture healing time, Kofoed scores were observed. Results 75 cases were followed up for 7~15 months. The average time of operation:group A was (103. 3 ± 16. 7)min, group B (99. 5 ± 16. 4)min, there was no significant differences between the two groups ( P >0. 05 ) . The average fracture healing time: group A (17.61±2.25)weeks,groupB(20.03±3.39)weeks,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01);The Kofoed scores:group A(87.79 ±3.64)points,group B(85.35 ±4.17)points,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0. 01). Nonunion and delayed union was not found. Conclusions It is a good treatment method of distal tibial fractures with MIPPO technique combined with bone dust and bone repair material implanting into the site of the fracture. The advantage of this method is less trauma, simple operation, efficient use of resources,increase the rate of fracture healing.
