目的：探讨胫骨近端外侧锁定钢板治疗胫骨近端C型骨折的效果。方法对23例胫骨近端C型骨折采用胫骨近端外侧锁定钢板固定。采用HSS膝关节功能评分系统进行评定。结果23例获得随访，时间13~27个月。骨折均愈合，无骨折畸形愈合、内固定失败等并发症发生。 HSS膝关节功能系统结果：优14例，良6例，中3例。结论对于内髁骨折块较完整的胫骨近端C型骨折，应用胫骨近端外侧锁定钢板并发症少、内固定可靠，能取得较好的临床疗效。
목적：탐토경골근단외측쇄정강판치료경골근단C형골절적효과。방법대23례경골근단C형골절채용경골근단외측쇄정강판고정。채용HSS슬관절공능평분계통진행평정。결과23례획득수방，시간13~27개월。골절균유합，무골절기형유합、내고정실패등병발증발생。 HSS슬관절공능계통결과：우14례，량6례，중3례。결론대우내과골절괴교완정적경골근단C형골절，응용경골근단외측쇄정강판병발증소、내고정가고，능취득교호적림상료효。
Objective To study the clinical effect by using the lateral proximal tibial locking plate in treatment of proximal tibial fractures of type-C. Methods 23 cases of proximal tibial fractures of type-C were treated with the lat-eral proximal tibial locking plate. The results were evaluated by the hospital for special surgery knee scoring system ( HSS) . Results All cases were followed up for 13~27 months. All cases got bone healing with no malunion and failure fixation. According to HSS scores, excellent result was obtained in 14 cases, good in 6, fair in 3. Conclu-sions For the cases with relatively complete fracture fragments of medial tibial condyle, using the lateral proximal tibial locking plate in treatment of proximal tibial fractures of type-C have the advantages of less complications, relia-ble fixation and a better clinical effect.
