目的：探讨于作盈教授运用养心汤方治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床经验。方法：通过对冠心病病因病机的认识及对养心汤方治疗原则，药物组成及方解的分析，说明养心汤方治疗冠心病的机制，并通过临床验案进一步说明养心汤方比较传统西医治疗方法的疗效优势。结果：养心汤方疗效确切。结论：于作盈教授自拟养心汤方加减治疗冠心病，可取得良好的临床疗效。
목적：탐토우작영교수운용양심탕방치료관심병심교통적림상경험。방법：통과대관심병병인병궤적인식급대양심탕방치료원칙，약물조성급방해적분석，설명양심탕방치료관심병적궤제，병통과림상험안진일보설명양심탕방비교전통서의치료방법적료효우세。결과：양심탕방료효학절。결론：우작영교수자의양심탕방가감치료관심병，가취득량호적림상료효。
Objective: To investigate the clinical experience of Professor YU Zuo-ying in the treatment of coronary disease by self-made Yangxin Decoction. Methods: Through the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease (CHD) and the principle of Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of, the drug composition and calcite analysis, Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine, and the clinical test case to further illustrate the efficacy advantage of Yangxin Decoction in comparison to the traditional and Western medicine treatment. Results: Yangxin Decoction has accurate effect. Conclusion: Self-made Yangxin Decoction from Professor YU Zuo-ying has satisfactory clinical effect on coronary disease.
