规划“一张图”成为城市规划信息化建设的主流模式，能有效解决规划成果管理中面临的诸多问题。在综合分析规划成果体系的基础上，利用地理信息技术，提出基于法定成果“一张图”为核心的规划成果管理体系，并设计了成果汇交、审批及回溯等机制；依托管理体系进行规划成果空间数据库及 GIS系统建设，有效地保障了该体系的实现。

T he one‐map administration system has become the mainstream model of information construction in urban planning ,and can effectively solve many problems in the management of planning archivements . Through the systematic research on the contents and schedule of planning archivements , this paper proposes the legal planning one‐map as the core of the adiministration system based on GIS ,and discusses the mechanisms of submission ,verifying and backtracking .Then ,the design of spatial database and the development of GIS application are discussed .
