目的：研究全科治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2013年4月～2014年4月间在我院接受治疗的心力衰竭患者114例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，两组各有57例患者。给予观察组患者全科治疗，给予对照组患者西医常规治疗，治疗后比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组心力衰竭患者在接受治疗后，观察组57例心力衰竭患者，治疗总有效率为96.49%；对照组57例心力衰竭患者，治疗总有效率为85.96%，观察组患者治疗总有效率显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（x2=3.9462，P＜0.05）。结论全科治疗的方法能够有效改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状，治疗效果优于单纯的西药治疗，可在临床治疗中大力推广。
목적：연구전과치료심력쇠갈적림상료효。방법선취2013년4월～2014년4월간재아원접수치료적심력쇠갈환자114례，장기수궤분위관찰조여대조조，량조각유57례환자。급여관찰조환자전과치료，급여대조조환자서의상규치료，치료후비교량조환자치료효과。결과량조심력쇠갈환자재접수치료후，관찰조57례심력쇠갈환자，치료총유효솔위96.49%；대조조57례심력쇠갈환자，치료총유효솔위85.96%，관찰조환자치료총유효솔현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（x2=3.9462，P＜0.05）。결론전과치료적방법능구유효개선심력쇠갈환자적림상증상，치료효과우우단순적서약치료，가재림상치료중대력추엄。
ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of general treatment of heart failure.MethodsFrom 2013 April to 2014 April treated in our hospital 114 cases of patients with heart failure, it will be randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of each 57 cases.
