目的:探讨氯胺酮(ketamine ,KET)、氯胺酮联合咪达唑仑(midazolam ,MZ)分别对实验用巴马香猪腮腺M R检查模型麻醉,评价该实验期间麻醉效果。方法巴马香猪8头(雄雌不限),体重4~5kg ,月龄2~3个月,随机平均分组1、组2两组。麻醉前12h内禁食,6h内禁水。组1、组2均臀大肌肌肉注射氯胺酮15mg/kg ,开放耳缘静脉,另组2静脉注射咪达唑仑1.5mg/kg。组1、组2分别行西门子1.5T M R扫描。结果实验中组2四头巴马香猪M R图像均较组1四头巴马香猪MR图像清晰度高,组1、组2均无麻醉死亡,实验结束后,放养于猪圈内至今仍全部存活。结论氯胺酮联合咪达唑仑麻醉较单纯氯胺酮麻醉效果好,麻醉方法可行性强,用药合理,实验顺利完成。

목적:탐토록알동(ketamine ,KET)、록알동연합미체서륜(midazolam ,MZ)분별대실험용파마향저시선M R검사모형마취,평개해실험기간마취효과。방법파마향저8두(웅자불한),체중4~5kg ,월령2~3개월,수궤평균분조1、조2량조。마취전12h내금식,6h내금수。조1、조2균둔대기기육주사록알동15mg/kg ,개방이연정맥,령조2정맥주사미체서륜1.5mg/kg。조1、조2분별행서문자1.5T M R소묘。결과실험중조2사두파마향저M R도상균교조1사두파마향저MR도상청석도고,조1、조2균무마취사망,실험결속후,방양우저권내지금잉전부존활。결론록알동연합미체서륜마취교단순록알동마취효과호,마취방법가행성강,용약합리,실험순리완성。
Objective To evaluate Ketamine (KET) ,Ketamine anesthesia combined with midazolam (MZ) used in the Bama miniature pigs for MR parotid examination during the experiment respectively .Methods The 8 Bama miniature pigs ,including males or females ,weighed 4 to 5 kg ,aged from 2 to 3 months ,were randomly divided into Group 1 , Group 2 in the test .Before anesthesia ,the pigs were dealed with 12 hours fasting and 6 hours water for bidding .Group 1 , Group 2 were gluteus intramuscular KET 15 mg/kg ,established ear vein channel ,Group 2 were intravenous MZ 1 .5 mg/kg .Then group 1 ,group 2 were scanned by Simens Magnetom Avanto 1 .5 T .Results The MR image definition of Group 2 was higher than Group 1 .There was no death induced by anesthesia .No inflammation occurred and all the pigs were alive now .Conclusion Ketamine anesthesia combined with midazolam is better than ketamine anesthesia .The feasi‐bility of the anesthesia management and the clinical effect are favorable and the tests are undergoing successfully .
