目的：检测卵巢肿瘤患者血清胱抑素C的表达水平，分析其发生变化的原因及临床意义。方法收集40例卵巢癌患者、40例卵巢良性肿瘤患者和40例健康体检妇女的血清标本，采用乳胶增强免疫透射比浊法分别对标本进行血清胱抑素C的检测，总体均值比较采用单因素方差分析，组间均值两两比较采用LSD分析。结果卵巢癌患者血清胱抑素C水平均比卵巢良性肿瘤患者和健康体检妇女的血清水平显著升高，差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)，而卵巢良性肿瘤者与健康体检者比较则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卵巢癌患者血清胱抑素C水平显著升高，提示胱抑素C参与了卵巢癌的发生发展及转归的过程。
목적：검측란소종류환자혈청광억소C적표체수평，분석기발생변화적원인급림상의의。방법수집40례란소암환자、40례란소량성종류환자화40례건강체검부녀적혈청표본，채용유효증강면역투사비탁법분별대표본진행혈청광억소C적검측，총체균치비교채용단인소방차분석，조간균치량량비교채용LSD분석。결과란소암환자혈청광억소C수평균비란소량성종류환자화건강체검부녀적혈청수평현저승고，차이균유현저통계학의의(P<0.01)，이란소량성종류자여건강체검자비교칙차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론란소암환자혈청광억소C수평현저승고，제시광억소C삼여료란소암적발생발전급전귀적과정。
Objective To determine the levels of cystatin C in patients with ovarian cancer, and to analyze the reason of variance and its significance. Methods Forty ovarian cancer patients, 40 ovarian benign tumor patients, and 40 healthy individuals were included in the study. Serum cystatin C was detected by the method of Emulsion Enhanced Turbi-dimetric Immuno-Assay. All data were statistically analyzed using the One-Way ANOVA and LSD method. Results The levels of cystatin C in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in both ovarian benign tumor group and healthy group (P<0.01). And there was no statistically significant difference between data of the ovarian benign tumor group and healthy group (P>0.05). Conclusion The significant increase of cystatin C level in patients with ovarian cancer indicates that cystatin C is actually involved in the development of ovarian cancer.
