目的:研究正常成人膝关节软骨T 2值的范围及其变化规律。方法收集正常志愿者32例,研究对象均行矢状位T2‐mapping序列、三维抑脂快速扰相梯度回波序列(FS‐3D‐FSPGR)扫描。将膝关节软骨按照解剖部位划分为14个亚区,每个亚区均分为深浅两层进行T2值的测量。总结正常成人膝关节软骨的T2值特点:计算各亚区 T2值的均值,采用均数±标准差表示;比较 T2值在各亚区之间的差异,用多配对样本 Friedman双向评秩方差分析,有差异者再用Bonferrroni法进行秩和间两两比较;通过两独立样本 t检验,比较相同亚区内浅层及深层软骨的T2值差异。结果正常成人组各亚区间T2值存在显著性差异;相同亚区内浅、深两层软骨 T2值相比较,除股骨内侧髁后部、胫骨内侧髁后部、胫骨外侧髁后部外,其余11个亚区浅层与深层软骨T2值相比均有显著性差异,浅层软骨的 T2值明显大于深层软骨的T2值。结论 T2‐mapping序列对关节软骨内生化结构的改变较为敏感,可为软骨退变的早期诊断提供重要的参考依据,并为膝关节机械力学研究提供新方法。

Objective To summarize the scope and characteristics of T 2 values in normal adult knee cartilage .Methods A total of 32 cases about normal volunteers were selected .All subjects were accepted the following scans :sagittal T2‐mapping ,FS‐3D‐FSPGR .According to the anatomical site ,articular cartilage was divided into 14 sub‐regions ,each sub‐region was divided into two equal parts about superficial and deep layer ,which measured T2 values separately .We summa‐rized the characteristics of T2 values in normal adult knee cartilage :Mean T2 values were calculated for each sub‐region ,u‐sing the mean ± standard deviation .We compared the difference between T 2 values of each sub‐region .The friedman paired samples were analyzed by two‐way multi‐rank variance assessment .If there were differences of rank ,Bonferrroni method was usel to pairwise comparison ;Through two independent samples t‐test ,we compared the same sub‐region of T2 values in superficial and deep cartilage .Results There were significant differences in normal adults T2 values between each sub‐region;Superficial and deep layers of cartilage T2 values were compared in the same sub‐region .In addition to the posterior of the medial femoral condyle ,and the posterior of medial tibial condyle ,the posterior of lateral tibial condyle , there were significant differences in the remaining 11 sub‐region between superficial and deep cartilaginous T 2 values ,the T2 values of superficial was significantly greater than the value of deep cartilage .Conclusion T2‐mapping for biochemical structure changes in the articular cartilage is more sensitive .T2‐mapping can provide worthful reference for cartilage de‐generation in clinical diagnosis and treatment .T2‐mapping also can provide new ideas for the research on the knee joint me‐chanical .
