目的:探讨256层螺旋C T间接静脉造影在下肢静脉疾病的临床应用价值。方法对30例患者进行间接法静脉造影,采集数据导入EBW工作站进行后处理,均进行最大密度投影(M IP )、多平面重组(M PR )、容积再现(V R )重建,得出CT诊断,并与DSA下肢静脉造影(作为金标准)结果对比。结果所有患者靶血管显示良好,30例患者中深静脉血栓形成18例,下肢静脉曲张20例,下肢静脉狭窄4例,下肢静脉硬化1例,侧枝循环5例。MSCTV 诊断结果与DSA造影基本相符。结论256层螺旋CT间接法静脉造影是一种无创性,在下肢静脉疾病中具有重要的临床价值。

목적:탐토256층라선C T간접정맥조영재하지정맥질병적림상응용개치。방법대30례환자진행간접법정맥조영,채집수거도입EBW공작참진행후처리,균진행최대밀도투영(M IP )、다평면중조(M PR )、용적재현(V R )중건,득출CT진단,병여DSA하지정맥조영(작위금표준)결과대비。결과소유환자파혈관현시량호,30례환자중심정맥혈전형성18례,하지정맥곡장20례,하지정맥협착4례,하지정맥경화1례,측지순배5례。MSCTV 진단결과여DSA조영기본상부。결론256층라선CT간접법정맥조영시일충무창성,재하지정맥질병중구유중요적림상개치。
Objective To evaluate the application value of indirect 256‐slice computed tomography venography (MSCTV) in diagnosing lower extremity deep vein diseases .Methods 30 patients highly suspected deep vein diseases un‐derwent indirect CTV .The original data were put into EBWworkstation and reconstructed with maximum intensity projec‐tion (MIP) ,multiplanar reformation (MPR) ,volume representation (VR) ,and the CT diagnoses were compared with DSA venography .Results Indirect CTV shows reconstruction images clearly in all patients .In the 30 cases ,18 cases dis‐play different parts and different degrees of thrombosis ,20 cases display varicosity of lower extremity ,4 cases display ste‐nosis or occluded of the lower extremity ,1 case displays arteriosclerosis of the lower extremity ,5 cases display collateral circulation .The CTV results conform DSA venography .Conclusion Indirect CTV of lower extremity deep vein diseases has an important value ,which is non‐invasive and highly corresponded to DSA venography .
