目的：探讨炎妇康栓在阴道炎患者中的临床治疗效果。方法对来我院诊治的80例患者入院资料进行分析，根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组采用甲硝唑栓治疗，实验组采用炎妇康栓治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组95%治疗效果理想，高于对照组（85.0%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组用药后3例出现不良反应，不良反应发生率为7.5%，低于对照组（7例出现不良反应，不良反应发生率为17.5%），差异具有统计学意义（x2=5.17，P＜0.05）。结论阴道炎发病率较高，临床上采用炎妇康栓治疗效果理想，能够有效的改善患者症状，缓解患者病情，值得推广使用。
목적：탐토염부강전재음도염환자중적림상치료효과。방법대래아원진치적80례환자입원자료진행분석，근거치료방법불동분위량조。대조조채용갑초서전치료，실험조채용염부강전치료，비교량조적치료효과。결과실험조95%치료효과이상，고우대조조（85.0%），차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；실험조용약후3례출현불량반응，불량반응발생솔위7.5%，저우대조조（7례출현불량반응，불량반응발생솔위17.5%），차이구유통계학의의（x2=5.17，P＜0.05）。결론음도염발병솔교고，림상상채용염부강전치료효과이상，능구유효적개선환자증상，완해환자병정，치득추엄사용。
Objective To explore the curative of Yanfukang suppository in the treatment of patients with vaginitis. Methods80 patients who were admitted to our hospital were allocated to two groups and their data from hospital admission were analyzed.The control group was received metronidazole suppository while the experiment group was received Yanfukang suppository.Curative effects of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe curative effect of 95% patients in the experiment group was ideal which was significantly higher than that in the control group (85%) and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3 patients had adverse reactions after the treatment and the adverse reaction rate was 7.5% which were lower than those in the control group (7 patients had adverse reactions and the adverse rate was 17.5%).The differences were statistically significant (x2=5.17,P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginitis incidence is a little bit higher.Yanfukang suppository has an ideal curative effect on patients with vaginitis in the clinical treatment which can efficiently improve symptom and decrease the severity and it is worth promotion and application.
