目的：分析宫腔镜对慢性宫颈炎患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2014年1月医院收治的60例慢性宫颈炎患者，随机分为研究组（30例）与对照组（30例）。对照组采取常规方法治疗，研究组采取宫腔镜治疗，对两组效果进行比较，分析。结果研究组治疗后，其血清炎性因子中hs-CRP、IL、TNF、SOD水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组总有效率为93.3%；对照组总有效率为56.7%，研究组临床疗效明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在临床中，应用宫腔镜治疗慢性宫颈炎，可有效控制患者血清炎性因子水平，疗效确切，在临床治疗中发挥积极影响。
목적：분석궁강경대만성궁경염환자혈청염성인자수평적영향。방법선취2013년1월~2014년1월의원수치적60례만성궁경염환자，수궤분위연구조（30례）여대조조（30례）。대조조채취상규방법치료，연구조채취궁강경치료，대량조효과진행비교，분석。결과연구조치료후，기혈청염성인자중hs-CRP、IL、TNF、SOD수평저우대조조（P＜0.05）；연구조총유효솔위93.3%；대조조총유효솔위56.7%，연구조림상료효명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론재림상중，응용궁강경치료만성궁경염，가유효공제환자혈청염성인자수평，료효학절，재림상치료중발휘적겁영향。
Objective To analyze the effects of hysteroscopy on serum level of inflammatory factors in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods60 patients with chronic cervicitis who were admitted to the hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly selected and allocated to the study group and the control group, with 30 in each. The control group received routine treatment while the study group received hysteroscopy treatment. Curative effects of two groups were compared and analyzed. ResultsHs-CRP, IL, TNF, SOD levels in serum inflammatory factors of the study group after the treatment were lower than those in the the control group(P<0.05). Total effective rate of the study group was 93.3% of the total study group while the total effective rate of the control group was 56.7%. Clinical curative effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of hysteroscopy in clinical treatment of chronic cervicitis can effectively control the serum level of inflammatory factors. It has an accurate curative effect, which has a positive influence on clinical treatment.
