目的：通过与超声检查和传统静脉肾盂造影对比，探讨数字化体层融合技术(DTS)对肾结核的诊断价值。方法对26例临床疑诊的肾结核患者行超声检查、传统静脉肾盂造影(IVU)检查及DTS联合IVU检查。根据患者影像学表现做出定性诊断。结果23例被证实为肾结核，超声检查诊断13例，普通IVU检查诊断14例，DTS联合IVU检查诊断19例，诊断正确率分别为56.5%、60.9%、82.6%。结论 DTS联合IVU检查，可显著提高肾结核的定性诊断率，在肾结核影像学诊断中有重要价值。

Objective To evaluate the application value of X-ray digital tomosynthesis (DTS) in renal tu-berculosis, compared with ultrasound and intravenous urography (IVU). Methods Twenty-six patients suspected of renal tuberculosis underwent ultrasound, IVU and DTS based on IVU. The qualitative diagnosis was made by imaging findings in patients. Results Among the 26 patients, 13, 14, 19 were delineated as renal tuberculosis by ultrasound, IVU, DTS based on IVU, respectively, while 23 were proved to be renal tuberculosis. The accuracy of ultrasound, IVU, DTS based on IVU in diagnosis of renal tuberculosis were 56.5%, 60.9%, 82.6%, respectively. Conclusion DTS based on IVU can significantly increase the qualitative diagnosis of renal tuberculosis, which has important value in the imaging diagnosis of renal tuberculosis.
