以某型号航空发动机维护项目要求为依据,探索发动机维修性人机核查的新方法,完善现有维修性设计方法。利用西门子公司JACK软件的虚拟现实先进技术,对航空发动机相关维修性内容的虚拟人机核查。基于JACK的虚拟人机核查能够确定滑油箱重量的设计上限,并进一步能够将可视性、可达性以及人素分析等虚拟核查应用方法化。基于JACK开展虚拟人机核查对于提高航空发动机维修性设计效率、缩短设计周期、节省设计经费具有重要的作用。

To explore the new method of engine maintainability man-machine verification and to perfect the existing maintainability design method according to a type engine maintenance project requirement . The maintainability man-machine oil tank verification was performed on an aeroengine based on the virtu-al technology of Siemens Jack Software .A realistic virtual human model was created in a virtual work-space to analyze the reachability and visibility of a real worker .The ergonomics assessment was carried out in certain working conditions .Finally,the maintainability verification method was theorized .The en-gine maintainability man-machine verification methods based on JACK have a significant influence on improving the design efficiency ,reducing the design costs ,and shortening the design cycle .
