目的：探讨C反应蛋白（CRP）对新生儿宫内细菌感染的诊断价值。方法选取2014年1~12月在我院产科出生，有宫内细菌感染高危因素的新生儿，根据感染结局分为感染组及无感染组，检测两组新生儿脐血、外周血CRP，比较两组新生儿脐血CRP的阳性率及CRP水平的差异性，比较感染组脐血CRP与新生儿外周血CRP水平的差异性。结果共有107例新生儿纳入研究，其中感染组30例，无感染组77例。感染组脐血CRP水平、阳性率均明显高于非感染组，感染组新生儿外周血CRP水平高于脐血CRP水平，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脐血CRP可作为宫内细菌感染早期诊断的参考指标，提高诊断的敏感度，指导临床抗生素使用。
목적：탐토C반응단백（CRP）대신생인궁내세균감염적진단개치。방법선취2014년1~12월재아원산과출생，유궁내세균감염고위인소적신생인，근거감염결국분위감염조급무감염조，검측량조신생인제혈、외주혈CRP，비교량조신생인제혈CRP적양성솔급CRP수평적차이성，비교감염조제혈CRP여신생인외주혈CRP수평적차이성。결과공유107례신생인납입연구，기중감염조30례，무감염조77례。감염조제혈CRP수평、양성솔균명현고우비감염조，감염조신생인외주혈CRP수평고우제혈CRP수평，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론제혈CRP가작위궁내세균감염조기진단적삼고지표，제고진단적민감도，지도림상항생소사용。
Objective To evaluate the value of cord blood C reactive protein(CRP)in the diagnosis of intrauterine bacterial infections in newborn infants.MethodsWe conducted a prospective cohort study in newborns with risk factors for neonatal intrauterine bacterial infection in Maternal and Child Hospital of Shun yi District during 2014. Total of 107 newborn infants were divided into two groups:infection group and non-infection group.Cord blood CRP and neonatal blood CRP were measured,and analyzed for sensitivity,positivity and level.ResultsCord blood CRP level and positivity are high- er in infection group than non-infection group. Neonatal blood CRP level is higher than cord blood in infection group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion This work investigated the role of the Cord blood C-reactive protein(CRP) in the diagnosis of neonatal intrauterine bacterial infection and therapy assessment in newborns is admitted.
