血管内筋膜炎是一种罕见的结节性筋膜炎，常累及血管的各层及管腔，容易被误诊为侵犯血管的恶性肿瘤。本文报告2例IVF并文献复习。例1，女性，41岁，发现左侧腋窝枣样大小肿物2年。例2，男性，14岁，发现左侧颈前锁骨上皮下花生大小肿物7d。病变位于静脉内，由管壁向管腔内生长，其中一例累及管壁各层，主要由梭形细胞组成，有裂隙状结构和黏液样背景。

Intravascular fasciitis (IVF) is a rare variant of nodular fasciitis. It can be misdiagnosed as a sarcoma with vascular invasion because of its intravascular proliferation. Here we present two cases of IVF with a review of the literature. Case 1 was a 41-year-old female patient, who found a jujube size tumor in the left axillary two years ago. Case 2 was a 14-year-old male patient, who found a peanut size tumor in the left anterior cervical supraclavicular subcutaneous 7 days ago. Microscopic observation: 2 cases were located in the veins, and growth from the tube wall to the lumen. In one case, tumor involved each layer of the vein wall. The lesion was composed of spindle cells. Crack structure and myxoid background were visible.
