通过对某民机燃油箱建立惰化气体五种不同进气口纵向位置的几何模型,基于数值模拟方法,对惰化过程进行了仿真计算,研究了富氮气体喷口位置对燃油箱惰化特性的影响;同时结合工程计算模型,研究了不同富氮气体浓度与流量对氧浓度场的影响,给出了平均氧浓度随时间和随体积置换次数的变化规律曲线以及惰化完成时的氧浓度分布云图。将计算结果与工程计算模型的解析解进行对比,给出了不同进气口位置对惰化特性的影响规律。

Five kinds of models about inerting gas inlet position in civil aircraft fuel tank were developed . Based on numerical simulation methods ,simulation calculations and influence of different gas inlet posi-tions on the characteristic of fuel tank inerting process were studied in this thesis .Combined with engi-neering calculations model ,the influence of different concentration and flow about nitrogen-enriched air on oxygen concentration field was studied .And variation curves of average oxygen concentration with time and volume replacement frequency were presented as well as the analysis of the contours of oxygen con-centration at finish time .Comparing the results with analytical solution from engineering calculation mod-el,the influence regularities of different gas inlet position on the characteristic of inerting were promoted .
