目的:探讨ICU新生儿呼吸衰竭临床特点和不同方法治疗效果比较。方法选取我院ICU新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿200例,将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各100例。两组患儿均接受常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上应用CPAP呼吸机治疗,试验组患儿在常规治疗的基础上联合应用CPAP呼吸机、氨溴索治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组(96.0% VS 80.0%,P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(4.0% VS 18.0%,P<0.05)。此外,试验组患儿氧疗时间、住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CPAP呼吸机、氨溴索联合治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭具有氧疗时间和住院时间短,治愈率高,并发症发生几率小的特点,治疗效果显著,值得推广。

목적:탐토ICU신생인호흡쇠갈림상특점화불동방법치료효과비교。방법선취아원ICU신생인호흡쇠갈환인200례,장기분위대조조화시험조,매조각100례。량조환인균접수상규치료,대조조재상규치료적기출상응용CPAP호흡궤치료,시험조환인재상규치료적기출상연합응용CPAP호흡궤、안추색치료,비교량조치료효과。결과시험조환인적치료총유효솔고우대조조(96.0% VS 80.0%,P<0.05),병발증발생솔명현저우대조조(4.0% VS 18.0%,P<0.05)。차외,시험조환인양료시간、주원시간명현단우대조조(P<0.05)。결론 CPAP호흡궤、안추색연합치료신생인호흡쇠갈구유양료시간화주원시간단,치유솔고,병발증발생궤솔소적특점,치료효과현저,치득추엄。
ObjectiveTo explore clinical characteristics of neonatal respiratory failure in ICU and comparison of curative effects of different treatments. Methods 200 neonates with neonatal respiratory failure in ICU who were admitted to our hospital were allocated to the control group and the experiment group with 100 in each. Neonates in two groups were both received routine treatment. Neonates in the control group were further received the treatment of CPAP ventilator while neonates in the experiment were further received the treatment of CPAP ventilator combined with ambroxol. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of neonates in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group (96.0% VS 80.0%,P<0.05) and the complication rate in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (4.0% VS 18.0%,P<0.05). In addition, duration of oxygen therapy and hospitalization time of neonates in the experiment group were both significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionCPAP ventilator combined with ambroxol in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure has a significant curative effect with some characteristics, including short duration of oxygen therapy, short hospitalization time, a high cure rate and a low complication rate and this treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.
