测定一株纳豆芽孢杆菌(LBD-3)的耐高温、耐酸、耐胆盐和耐人工胃液能力,以及该菌株发酵饲料的 pH、淀粉酶、蛋白酶和纤维酶酶活性。结果表明:该菌株对100℃下10 min 处理、pH 为2水溶液和人工胃液有较强的耐受能力,但在1~5 g/L 胆盐环境中存活率低;经其发酵的饲料 pH 显著降低(P<0.05),淀粉酶活性在第7和第15天分别增加6%和20%,而蛋白酶活性则分别增加68%和370%,纤维素酶活性分别提高38%和200%。纳豆芽孢杆菌是较为理想的饲料添加剂用有益微生物,耐受胆盐应作为育种方向。
測定一株納豆芽孢桿菌(LBD-3)的耐高溫、耐痠、耐膽鹽和耐人工胃液能力,以及該菌株髮酵飼料的 pH、澱粉酶、蛋白酶和纖維酶酶活性。結果錶明:該菌株對100℃下10 min 處理、pH 為2水溶液和人工胃液有較彊的耐受能力,但在1~5 g/L 膽鹽環境中存活率低;經其髮酵的飼料 pH 顯著降低(P<0.05),澱粉酶活性在第7和第15天分彆增加6%和20%,而蛋白酶活性則分彆增加68%和370%,纖維素酶活性分彆提高38%和200%。納豆芽孢桿菌是較為理想的飼料添加劑用有益微生物,耐受膽鹽應作為育種方嚮。
측정일주납두아포간균(LBD-3)적내고온、내산、내담염화내인공위액능력,이급해균주발효사료적 pH、정분매、단백매화섬유매매활성。결과표명:해균주대100℃하10 min 처리、pH 위2수용액화인공위액유교강적내수능력,단재1~5 g/L 담염배경중존활솔저;경기발효적사료 pH 현저강저(P<0.05),정분매활성재제7화제15천분별증가6%화20%,이단백매활성칙분별증가68%화370%,섬유소매활성분별제고38%화200%。납두아포간균시교위이상적사료첨가제용유익미생물,내수담염응작위육충방향。
Choosing a strain of Bacillus natto that has a strong resistance and good effect of feed fermentation and is used in animal feed additives is more and more important. The present study is conducted to detect the capacity of resistance to high temperature, acid bile and artificial gastric juice of a strain of Bacillus natto which are purchased from a biotechnological company. Meanwhile, the pH values, activity of amylase, protease and cellulase enzyme of feed fermented by this species are also observed at 7th to 15th days after fermentation began. The results showed that this strain of Bacillus natto has a strong tolerance to the environment of 100 , pH2 and artificial gastric juice.℃However, the resistant ability is poor to 0.1% to 0.5% bile salt environment. The pH value of feed that are fermented by the bacterial is decreased, but the amylase activity increased to 6% at 7th days and 20% at 15th day, the protease activity increased to 68% at 7th day and 3.7 fold at 15th day compared to control (P<0.05), the cellulase activity increased to 38% at 7th days , and around double fold at 15th days compared to control. Conclusion: This strain of Bacillus natto is an outstanding probiotics for feed additives.
