目的：探讨肝动脉化疗无水乙醇栓塞术（transcatheter arteral ethanol‐chemoembolization ，TAECE）联合经皮穿刺无水乙醇注射（percutaneous ethanol injection ，PEI）治疗大肝癌与 TACE疗法的临床效果。方法48例大肝癌行TAECE＋PEI治疗，49例行肝动脉化疗栓塞术（transcatheter hepatic arteral chemoembolization ，TACE）治疗。所有病例随访2年以上。结果 TAECE＋ PEI组1、2年累计生存率分别为78．4％和54．1％，TACE 组则相应为59．2％和38.8％。结论对于大肝癌TAECE＋ PEI治疗1～2年生存率明显高于TACE ，是较好的综合介入治疗方法。
목적：탐토간동맥화료무수을순전새술（transcatheter arteral ethanol‐chemoembolization ，TAECE）연합경피천자무수을순주사（percutaneous ethanol injection ，PEI）치료대간암여 TACE요법적림상효과。방법48례대간암행TAECE＋PEI치료，49례행간동맥화료전새술（transcatheter hepatic arteral chemoembolization ，TACE）치료。소유병례수방2년이상。결과 TAECE＋ PEI조1、2년루계생존솔분별위78．4％화54．1％，TACE 조칙상응위59．2％화38.8％。결론대우대간암TAECE＋ PEI치료1～2년생존솔명현고우TACE ，시교호적종합개입치료방법。
Objective To discuss the clinical effectiveness of transcatheter arteral ethanol‐chemoembolization (TAECE) combined with percutaneous ethanol injection (PEI) in the treatment of large hepatic cancers .Methods A totale of 48 pa‐tients with large hepatic cancers received TAECE combined with PEI ,and the other 49 patients received only transcatheter hepatic arteral chemoembolization (TACE) .Results In TAECE plus PEI Group ,the 1‐,2‐year survival rate were 78.4% ,54 .1% ,and in TACE Group ,the 1‐,2‐year survival rate were 59 .2% ,38 .8% .Conclusion Transcatheter ar‐teral ethanol‐chemoembolization combined with percutaneous ethanol injection ,as a treatment measure of large hepatic cancers ,is safe ,effective and practical .
