目的：研究和分析中医为主治疗糖尿病并发周围神经炎的治疗效果和价值。方法收集糖尿病并发周围神经炎患者共50例，使用自拟的养阴益气除痹汤进行治疗，对患者的临床资料进行分析。结果50例患者31例显效，17例有效，2例无效，治疗有效率为96.0%；患者治疗前后的神经传导速度差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在糖尿病并发周围神经炎患者的治疗过程中使用中医益气养阴汤进行治疗，能够提高治疗的效果，起到祛痰降浊、补肾活血的效果，值得推广应用。
목적：연구화분석중의위주치료당뇨병병발주위신경염적치료효과화개치。방법수집당뇨병병발주위신경염환자공50례，사용자의적양음익기제비탕진행치료，대환자적림상자료진행분석。결과50례환자31례현효，17례유효，2례무효，치료유효솔위96.0%；환자치료전후적신경전도속도차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재당뇨병병발주위신경염환자적치료과정중사용중의익기양음탕진행치료，능구제고치료적효과，기도거담강탁、보신활혈적효과，치득추엄응용。
Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect and value of Chinese medicine Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritis. MethodsThe clinical data of 50 patients with diabetic peripheral neuritis,who were treated with self-made YangyinYiqi Chubi Decoction, were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 50 cases, 31 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, 2 cases were invalid, and the effective rate was 96%. The nerve conduction velocity of the patients was significantly different between before treatment and after treatment(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the course of treatment in patients with diabetic peripheral neuritis, Chinese medicine of Yangyinyiqi decoction can improve the therapeutic effect, play Bushen Huoxue Jiangzhuo expectorant effect, it is worthy of popularization and application.
