目的：探讨脑梗死患者采用尼莫通联合复方丹参和右旋糖酐治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2013年1月～2014年1月收治的98例脑梗死患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各49例，对照组采用复方丹参联合右旋糖酐治疗，观察组采用尼莫通联合复方丹参和右旋糖酐治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及神经功能损伤评分。结果治疗后，观察组的神经功能损伤评分低于对照组神经功能损伤评分（P＜0.05）；观察组的总有效率（97.86%）高于对照组的总有效率（85.71%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；均未出现严重的不良反应。结论脑梗死患者采用尼莫通联合复方丹参和右旋糖酐治疗的临床疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토뇌경사환자채용니막통연합복방단삼화우선당항치료적림상료효。방법선취아원우2013년1월～2014년1월수치적98례뇌경사환자작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각49례，대조조채용복방단삼연합우선당항치료，관찰조채용니막통연합복방단삼화우선당항치료，비교량조환자적림상료효급신경공능손상평분。결과치료후，관찰조적신경공능손상평분저우대조조신경공능손상평분（P＜0.05）；관찰조적총유효솔（97.86%）고우대조조적총유효솔（85.71%），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；균미출현엄중적불량반응。결론뇌경사환자채용니막통연합복방단삼화우선당항치료적림상료효학절，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nimotop combined with fufangdanshen and dextran in treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 98 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the research object,who were in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,and randomly divided into the control group and observation group(n=49).The control group was given Fufangdanshen combined with dextran.Observation group were treated with nimotop combined with fufangdanshen and dextran.The clinical efficacy and neurological damage score were compared.Results After treatment,neurological injury score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group (97.86%) was higher than the control group in the total efficiency (85.71%),the difference was significant (P<0.05),with statistical significance.There were no serious adverse reactions. ConclusionEffect of of nimotop combined with fufangdanshen and dextran in treatment of cerebral infarction is effective,worthy of clinical application.
