目的:探讨周围型小肺癌在HRCT及多层螺旋CT强化扫描中的影像学表现及HRCT等技术在该疾病诊断中的价值。方法搜集经手术或穿刺病理证实的周围型小肺癌(直径≤3cm )52例,全部型 H RC T 扫描,分析其各种C T征象。其中29例行多层螺旋CT强化扫描,对病灶强化前后CT 值增幅特点进行分析。结果 HRCT 表现①分叶征92.3%);②毛刺征(86.5%);③胸膜凹陷征(78.8%);④血管集束征(53.8%);⑤支气管充气征及空泡征(34.6%);⑥棘突征(36.5%)⑦磨玻璃样密度(11.5%);⑧钙化(9.6%)。强化前后C T 值增幅20~30 H U占20.6%,增幅30~65 H U占72.4%,增幅>65HU占7%。结论 HRCT及多层螺旋扫描是周围型小肺癌诊断中重要的检查方法,诊断可靠,正确率达93%。
目的:探討週圍型小肺癌在HRCT及多層螺鏇CT彊化掃描中的影像學錶現及HRCT等技術在該疾病診斷中的價值。方法搜集經手術或穿刺病理證實的週圍型小肺癌(直徑≤3cm )52例,全部型 H RC T 掃描,分析其各種C T徵象。其中29例行多層螺鏇CT彊化掃描,對病竈彊化前後CT 值增幅特點進行分析。結果 HRCT 錶現①分葉徵92.3%);②毛刺徵(86.5%);③胸膜凹陷徵(78.8%);④血管集束徵(53.8%);⑤支氣管充氣徵及空泡徵(34.6%);⑥棘突徵(36.5%)⑦磨玻璃樣密度(11.5%);⑧鈣化(9.6%)。彊化前後C T 值增幅20~30 H U佔20.6%,增幅30~65 H U佔72.4%,增幅>65HU佔7%。結論 HRCT及多層螺鏇掃描是週圍型小肺癌診斷中重要的檢查方法,診斷可靠,正確率達93%。
목적:탐토주위형소폐암재HRCT급다층라선CT강화소묘중적영상학표현급HRCT등기술재해질병진단중적개치。방법수집경수술혹천자병리증실적주위형소폐암(직경≤3cm )52례,전부형 H RC T 소묘,분석기각충C T정상。기중29례행다층라선CT강화소묘,대병조강화전후CT 치증폭특점진행분석。결과 HRCT 표현①분협정92.3%);②모자정(86.5%);③흉막요함정(78.8%);④혈관집속정(53.8%);⑤지기관충기정급공포정(34.6%);⑥극돌정(36.5%)⑦마파리양밀도(11.5%);⑧개화(9.6%)。강화전후C T 치증폭20~30 H U점20.6%,증폭30~65 H U점72.4%,증폭>65HU점7%。결론 HRCT급다층라선소묘시주위형소폐암진단중중요적검사방법,진단가고,정학솔체93%。
Objective To explore the imaging manifestations of peripheral small lung cancer on high resolution CT and MSCT strengthened scanning and their diagnostic value for this disorder .Methods The authors collected 52 patients with pathologicallyproved small peripheral lung cancer (than 3 cm in diameter) .All cases were scanned by high resolution CT and all kinds of CT signs were analyzed .MSCT strengthened scanning was done in 29 patients and the signs of increasing range of CT value in pre‐and post‐reinforcement were analyzed .Results The manifestations of high resolution CT scan‐ning included:① lobulation sign (92 .3% );② spicule sign (86 .5% );③ pleural indentation sign (78 .8% );④ vascul‐arnotch sign (53 .8% );⑤sign of air bronchus and vacuole (34 .6% );⑥spinose processus (36 .5% ) ⑦ milling glass dens (11 .5% );and ⑧ calcification (9 .6% ) .The increasing range of CT value in pre‐and post‐reinforcement was 20~30 HU (20 .6% ) and 30~65 HU (72 .4% ) ,respectively ,with amplification more than 65 HU( 7% ) .Conclusion High resolu‐tion CT and MSCT strengthened scanning are important methods in the diagnosis of peripheral small lung cancer ,which are reliable ,w ith accuracy up to 93% .
