目的：建立分光光度法测定天丹通络胶囊中总黄酮的含量。方法药材粉末经70%乙醇提取0.5h后，采用分光光度法，检测波长为500nm，对天丹通络胶囊中总黄酮的含量进行测定。结果采用该方法可以准确地测定天丹通络胶囊中总黄酮的含量，总黄酮在8～48μg/ml范围内线性关系良好，（r=0.9999，n=6）；样品平均回收率为102.1%,稳定性、重复性分别为0.8%和0.4%。结论此方法准确简便，可以用于天丹通络胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定。

목적：건립분광광도법측정천단통락효낭중총황동적함량。방법약재분말경70%을순제취0.5h후，채용분광광도법，검측파장위500nm，대천단통락효낭중총황동적함량진행측정。결과채용해방법가이준학지측정천단통락효낭중총황동적함량，총황동재8～48μg/ml범위내선성관계량호，（r=0.9999，n=6）；양품평균회수솔위102.1%,은정성、중복성분별위0.8%화0.4%。결론차방법준학간편，가이용우천단통락효낭중총황동적함량측정。
Objective To establish a Vis-spectrophotometry for determination of the total flavonoides in Tiandan Tongluo Jiaonang. Methods After the powder was extracted by 70% ethanol for a half hour, it was determined by Vis-spectrophotometry.The wave length is 500nm.Results There was a liner relationship from 8μg/ml to 48μg/ml. The recovery rate is 102.1%.The relative standard deviation of stability test and repeatability are 0.8% and 0.4%.Conclusion The method is accurate and simple.It can be used for the determination of the total flavonoides in Tiandan Tongluo Jiaonang.
