目的：了解军队疗养院文职护士的科研现状，探究其科研能力和素质。方法采用修订后的护理人员科研能力自评量表和自制的军队疗养院文职护士护理科研现状调查表对青岛市军队疗养院的300名文职护士进行调查，并对结果进行分析。结果纳入研究的289名护士中，96.6%的人认为护理科研比较重要，但主动性较差，主要为了竞聘职称和完成单位任务。其中，不同学历的护理人员科研能力总分及各维度差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不同职称的人在问题发现、文献查阅和科研实践上差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。存在的科研困难主要是：时间精力不充足，缺乏科研指导者和科研氛围。结论军队疗养院文职护士的整体科研较低，护理部应加强重视和引导，为文职护士提供科研教育和指导，采用多种方法不断提高文职护士科研能力。

Objective To understand the current situation of scientific research of the non-active civilian nurses at military sanatorium,and to explore their capacity and quality for scientific research.Methods modified N ursing Staff Scientific Research Capacity Self-assessment Scale and self-designed questionnaire for nursing scientific research current situation of civilian nurses at military sanatoriumwere adopted to conduct a survey among 300 civilian nurses fromthe military sanatoriumin Qingdao,and the results were analyzed.Results 289 nurses were brought to the study,96.6%of whomconsidered that scientific research was important but their initiatives were poor mainly to get a technical post title and complete tasks.For nursing staff with different education backgrounds,the scientific research capacity scores and the dimensional differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).For nursing staff with different technical post ti-tles,the differences of problem-finding,literature review,and scientific research practice had statistical significance(P<0.05).The major difficulties in nursing scientific research included insufficient time and energy,lack of scientific re-search mentors and scientific research atmosphere.Conclusion Overall scientific research capacity of the non-active civilian nurses at Qingdao military sanatoriumis low.It's suggested that nursing administrators should attach importance and guidance to it for nursing staff,provide scientific research education and guidance for civilian nurses,and adopt various methods to increase the scientific research capacity of civilian nurses.
