目的：探讨心理干预对老年伤残军人抑郁症状和生活质量的影响。方法将筛选出的在院老年伤残军人186例分为干预组与对照组各93例。干预组进行为期3个月的心理干预，干预结束后再随访3个月，采用汉密顿抑郁量表( HAMD )、汉密顿焦虑量表( HAMA )和症状自评量表( SCL-90)中的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖共7个维度进行调查。结果观察组病人干预后HAMD和HAMA值差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，SCL-90中的7个维度于干预前后有明显差异(P＜0.001)。结论对老年伤残军人给予支持性心理干预能长期地减轻病人的抑郁症状，提高其心理社会方面的生活质量，对病人进行持续的干预具有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the influence of psychological intervention on depressive symptoms and living quality of elderly disabled soldiers.Methods 186 elderly disabled soldiers screened out in the hospital were divided in-to intervention group and control group with 93 cases in each group .The intervention group were given psychological intervention for three months,and then a follow-up visit for three months,then Hamilton Depression Scale (HAmD), Hamilton A nxiety Scale(HAmA) and the SymptomC hecklist(SCL-90) were adopted to conduct a survey fromseven dimensions in terms of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationship sensitivity,depression, anxiety,and hostility.Results A fter the intervention,the HAmDand HAmAvalue differences of the intervention group had statistical significance (P<0.05),and the seven dimensions of SCL-90 before and after the intervention showed obvious differences(P<0.001).Conclusion Supportive psychological intervention on elderly disabled soldiers can reduce the sufferers' depressive symptoms in the long run ,increase their living quality in psychosocial issues,which has great importance.
