目的:探索企业职工高血压管理的有效方法。方法:2013年11月至2014年11月,随机选取在岗高血压职工118例,进行分层管理,建立健康档案,通过企业内网、讲座、微信等方式开展健康教育,企业内医院全科医生跟踪管理,干预时间为1年。比较干预前、后患者高血压防治知识知晓率、血压控制率以及不良生活习惯改变情况。结果:干预后患者平均血压水平低于干预前,血压控制率高于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后,患者参与运动锻炼、戒烟和限酒比例及高血压防治知识知晓率高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:以全科医师为主体,以企业内医院-车间两级网络为基础的企业高血压管理模式,能有效提高高血压人群的血压控制率。

목적:탐색기업직공고혈압관리적유효방법。방법:2013년11월지2014년11월,수궤선취재강고혈압직공118례,진행분층관리,건립건강당안,통과기업내망、강좌、미신등방식개전건강교육,기업내의원전과의생근종관리,간예시간위1년。비교간예전、후환자고혈압방치지식지효솔、혈압공제솔이급불량생활습관개변정황。결과:간예후환자평균혈압수평저우간예전,혈압공제솔고우간예전(P<0.05)。간예후,환자삼여운동단련、계연화한주비례급고혈압방치지식지효솔고우간예전(P<0.05)。결론:이전과의사위주체,이기업내의원-차간량급망락위기출적기업고혈압관리모식,능유효제고고혈압인군적혈압공제솔。
Objective: To explore the effective way for the hypertension management for the employees in the enterprise. Methods: From Nov. 2013 to Nov. 2014, 118 hypertensive employees were selected randomly and hierarchically managed and their health ifles were established. Through the enterprise intranet, lectures, micro-letter and other methods, the health education were developed and the tracking management was carried out by the general practitioners in the clinic of the enterprise, and the time of the intervention was for one year. The hypertension awareness rate, blood pressure control rate and change of the bad life style were compared before and after the intervention.Results: After the intervention, the average level of the blood pressure of the patients was lower and the blood control rate higher after the intervention than before (P<0.05). The exercise participation rate, ratios of smoking cessation and alcohol limit and awareness rate of the prevention and treatment of hypertension were higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:The management mode of taking the general practitioners as the main body, based on the network at two levels of the internal hospital and shop in the enterprise can effectively improve the blood pressure control rate in the hypertensive population.
