目的：探讨股骨近端抗旋髓内钉( PFNA)内固定治疗老年不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法应用PFNA内固定治疗48例不稳定型股骨转子间骨折患者。结果所有患者均获得随访，时间12~32个月。骨折均临床愈合。按Harris髋关节评分标准：优36例，良8例，中3例，差1例，优良率为91．7%。结论 PFNA 治疗老年不稳定型股骨转子间具有操作简单、创伤小、骨折固定牢固稳定等优点。

목적：탐토고골근단항선수내정( PFNA)내고정치료노년불은정형고골전자간골절적림상료효。방법응용PFNA내고정치료48례불은정형고골전자간골절환자。결과소유환자균획득수방，시간12~32개월。골절균림상유합。안Harris관관절평분표준：우36례，량8례，중3례，차1례，우량솔위91．7%。결론 PFNA 치료노년불은정형고골전자간구유조작간단、창상소、골절고정뢰고은정등우점。
Objective To investigate the effect of the proximal femoral nail antirotation( PFNA) in treatment of elder-ly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 48 cases of elderly unstable intertrochanteric fractures were treated with PFNA. Results All patients were followed up for 12~32 months. The fractures were clinical heal-ing. According to Harris hip rate scale system,the results were excellent in 36 cases,good in 8,fair in 3,and poor in 1,and the excellent and good rate was 91. 7%. Conclusions PFNA has the advantages of easy manipulation,mini-mal invasion,stable fixation in treating intertrochanteric fractures.
