目的：探讨急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者应用主动脉球囊反搏术后的护理效果。方法选取北京市朝阳区望京医院2013-01—2014-12共30例急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克应用主动脉球囊反搏术患者为研究对象，回顾性分析护理过程。结果30例应用主动脉球囊反搏术的心肌梗死患者，其中2例患者为出现术后并发症抢救失败死亡，2例患者为病情严重，家属因经济问题放弃治疗，26例患者为积极抗休克治疗及有效的护理后好转出院。结论在急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者使用主动脉球囊反搏之后，经过护理人员全面细致的护理工作，能够有效提高手术治疗的成功率，从而降低死亡率。

Objective To explore the nursing care effect of acute myocardial infarction (AmI) complicated with car-diogenic shock treated with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP ).Methods 30 suffers with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock at wangjing H ospital of C haoyang D istrict,Beijing from January 2013 to D ecember 2014 ,treated with IABP ,were selected and the nursing process was retrospectively analyzed .Results In 30 cases with acute myocardial infarction treated with intra-aortic balloon pump ,2 cases died fromfailed rescue of postoperative com-plications,2 cases in serious condition chose abandoning treatment because of economic problems,and 26 cases turned better and lefThospital thanks to active anti-shock treatment and effective nursing care.Conclusion A fter intra-aortic balloon pump to treat sufferers with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock ,comprehensive and detailed nursing care can effectively increase the success rate of operative treatment and decrease the death rate.
