目的：了解不同层次医学生医学科研素质及《医学科研设计》课程的教学现状及其需求。方法采用分层整群抽样方法，对不同层次医学生，包括研究生、本科生和成人教育医学生进行问卷调查并进行分析，调查内容主要涉及对《医学科研设计》课程的认知情况、对目前课程教学效果的评价以及对该课程教学内容的需求情况。结果《医学科研设计》课程的教学在不同层次医学生，尤其是研究生中非常必要，通过学习大部分学生对该课程有一定了解，对目前该课程的设置和教学效果满意，但总体教学效果需要进一步改善。结论进一步加强对《医学科研设计》及其相关课程的教学重视程度和教学效果，在高等医学教育中势在必行。
목적：료해불동층차의학생의학과연소질급《의학과연설계》과정적교학현상급기수구。방법채용분층정군추양방법，대불동층차의학생，포괄연구생、본과생화성인교육의학생진행문권조사병진행분석，조사내용주요섭급대《의학과연설계》과정적인지정황、대목전과정교학효과적평개이급대해과정교학내용적수구정황。결과《의학과연설계》과정적교학재불동층차의학생，우기시연구생중비상필요，통과학습대부분학생대해과정유일정료해，대목전해과정적설치화교학효과만의，단총체교학효과수요진일보개선。결론진일보가강대《의학과연설계》급기상관과정적교학중시정도화교학효과，재고등의학교육중세재필행。
Objective To learn about scientific research quality of various levels of medical students and teaching situation and analysis of Medical Research Design of them.Methods Various levels of medical students including graduates, undergraduates and medical students in adult education were received questionnaire and analyzed by stratified cluster sampling method. Investigation contents involved cognition of Medical Research Design, evaluation of present teaching effect on this course and requirement of teaching contents of it.ResultsTeaching of Medical Research Design was extremely necessary among various levels of medical students, especially graduates. Most students had certain understanding of this course by studying and they were satisfied with present setting of this course and teaching effect. But, general teaching effect needed further improvement.ConclusionFurther strengthening on recognition degree and teaching effect of Medical Research Design and related courses is very necessary in higher medical education.
