Chlorine dioxide%Egg%Preservation
为了延长鸡蛋的储藏期,采用不同处理的固载二氧化氯和二氧化氯溶液对鸡蛋进行了保鲜效果试验。在温度30℃,湿度70%的条件下存放20d,取出鸡蛋进行主要新鲜度指标的分析与评定。结果表明,与对照组相比,不同二氧化氯处理均对鸡蛋具有显著的保鲜效果(P<0.05)。其中以浓度为2.2g/L二氧化氯溶液浸泡鸡蛋8min后与0.03g固载二氧化氯同时放入样品盒中储藏最佳,能起到较好的保鲜效果。

In order to prolong the storage time of eggs,the experiment used the different treatment of immo?bilized chlorine dioxide and chlorine dioxide solution of eggs for preservative test.After storage eggs for 20 days at the temperature of 30℃,relative humidity of 70%,and pick out eggs by analyzing and evaluating of main indicators of egg freshness.The results showed that different chlorine dioxide treatment groups had significant effects on preservation of eggs compared with the control group(P<0.05). With the concentra?tion of 2.2g/L chlorine dioxide solution soaking eggs after 8 minutes,then storage 0.03g immobilization of chlorine dioxide into the sample box storage with sample,which can play a good preservative effect.
