目的:探讨心脏横径(TCD)和心胸比率(CTR)与左心室容积及收缩功能的相关性,观察两者在预测左心室大小及功能中的作用。方法回顾分析184例疑似冠心病均行心脏远达片及双源C T 冠脉造影患者资料。两名观察者独立在心脏远达片上测量TCD及CTR。左心室容积及收缩功能参数如左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、收缩末期容积(LVESV)及左心室射血分数(LVEF)利用半自动心功能处理软件在双源CT冠脉造影图像上获得。然后采用Pearson相关分析TCD及CTR与左心室容积及收缩功能的相关性。结果 TCD与LVEDV及LVESV呈显著正相关( r =0.51、0.33,P <0.0001),但其与LVEF相关性无统计学意义。LVEDV 和 LVEF呈显著负相关( r =‐0.48,P <0.0001)。CTR与左心室容积及收缩功能均无相关性。结论 CTR不能作为预测左心室容积及收缩功能的指标,TCD可以作为评估左心室容积的重要参数,左心室容积在预测左心室收缩功能中有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the transverse cardiac diameter (TCD) ,cardiothoracic ratio (CTR) and left ventricular (LV) systolic function parameters .Methods A retrospective analysis of 184 subjects suspec‐ted with coronary artery disease ,who underwent chest radiography and dual source computed tomography coronary angi‐ography (DSCT‐CA) ,was performed .The TCD and CTR were derived from chest radiography .The LV systolic function parameters ,such as LV end‐diastolic volume (LVEDV ) ,LV end‐systolic volume (LVESV ) and LV ejection fraction (LVEF) were measured from DSCT‐CA .The relationship of CTR and LV systolic function parameters was analyzed re‐spectively using Pearson correlation .Results The TCD was significantly correlated with LVEDV and LVESV ( r=0 .51 , 0 .33 ,P <0 .0001) ,but with no statistically significant correlation with LVEF .LVEDV was negatively correlated with LVEF ( r =‐0 .48 ,P<0 .0001) .There was no significant relationship between CTR and LV systolic function parameters (LVEDV ,LVESV and LVEF) .Conclusion CTR is not a reliable indicator of LV systolic function and size in patients mostly with preserved LVEF .TCD can be an important parameter to assess LV volume .LV volume is correlated with LV systolic function .
