目的：分析奉贤区农村老年糖尿病患者慢性并发症的发病情况，为社区防治糖尿病并发症提供依据。方法：2014年1月至2014年10月奉贤区中心医院选取奉贤区8个社区600例已确诊的农村老年2型糖尿病患者，筛查有关慢性并发症的发生率。结果：600例患者中，有1种或多种并发症556例，检出率为92.7%，并发神经病变413例（68.8%），血管病变337例（56.2%），肾脏损害284例（47.3%），眼部疾病138例（23.0%）。男性并发症的检出率为90.0%（216/240），女性为94.4%（340/360），组间差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.21，P＜0.05）。结论：农村老年糖尿病患者慢性并发症的发生率高，与多种因素有关，应该重视对老年糖尿病患者并发症筛查，做到早发现早治疗。

Objective:To analyze the incidence of the chronic complications in the rural elderly diabetic patients in Fengxian District to provide an evidence for the community prevention and treatment of the diabetic complication.Methods:From Jan. to Oct. 2014, 600 cases of the rural elderly patients who were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes in eight communities were selected by the Central Hospital of Fengxian District to screen the incidence of the chronic complications.Results: There were 556 cases with one or more chronic complications and its detection rate was 92.7% in 600 patients. The diabetic complications of the nerve lesions, vascular lesions, kidney damage and eye disease were 337 cases (56.2%), 284 cases (47.3%), 413 cases (68.8%) and 138 cases (23.0%), respectively. The detection rates of the male and female were 90.0% (216/240) and 94.4% (340/360). The difference between groups had the statistical significance (χ2=4.21,P<0.05).Conclusion: The incidence of the chronic complications in the rural elderly diabetes is high and is associated with a variety of factors. Attention should be paid to screening the complications in the elderly diabetic patients to achieve the early discovery and early treatment.
