目的：通过对社区精神分裂症患者及家属进行家庭指导干预，从而提高患者康复。方法：随机选取北站、宝山街道的稳定期精神分裂症患者及家属120对（患者120例，家属120人），以北站街道为干预组（60对），以宝山街道为对照组（60对），对干预组进行系统的家庭康复及相关知识教育，对照组不进行任何干预。干预结束后对干预组定期随访，采用重性精神疾病患者家属精神卫生知识水平和结构调查表、患者阳性和阴性症状量表、康复状态量表、自知力与治疗态度量表以及家庭负担量表对随访1年后的两组患者及家属进行测评。结果：与对照组相比，干预组干预后家属对相关知识了解有所提升，患者阳性和阴性症状、康复状态、自知力与治疗态度等也有明显改善，家庭经济负担也有所减轻。结论：对家属进行相关知识教育，能有效帮助稳定期精神分裂症患者更好的康复，并减轻家庭经济负担。
목적：통과대사구정신분렬증환자급가속진행가정지도간예，종이제고환자강복。방법：수궤선취북참、보산가도적은정기정신분렬증환자급가속120대（환자120례，가속120인），이북참가도위간예조（60대），이보산가도위대조조（60대），대간예조진행계통적가정강복급상관지식교육，대조조불진행임하간예。간예결속후대간예조정기수방，채용중성정신질병환자가속정신위생지식수평화결구조사표、환자양성화음성증상량표、강복상태량표、자지력여치료태도량표이급가정부담량표대수방1년후적량조환자급가속진행측평。결과：여대조조상비，간예조간예후가속대상관지식료해유소제승，환자양성화음성증상、강복상태、자지력여치료태도등야유명현개선，가정경제부담야유소감경。결론：대가속진행상관지식교육，능유효방조은정기정신분렬증환자경호적강복，병감경가정경제부담。
Objective: Through the family guidance intervention on the community patients with schizophrenia and their family members to improve the patients’ rehabilitation.Methods: In North Station and Baoshan Communities, 120 pairs of the patients with schizophrenia in the stable period and their family members (120 patients, and 120 family members) were randomly selected and North Station Community was as an intervention group (60 pairs) and Baoshan Community as a control group with (60 pairs). The intervention group was educated on the systematical family rehabilitation and related knowledge, and the control group was not intervened. At the end of the intervention, the intervention group was regularly followed up. After one year, the patients and their family members in two groups were assessed with the questionnaire of the level and structure of the mental health knowledge for the severe mental illness patients and their family members, and the scales of the patients’ positive and negative symptoms, rehabilitation status, insight and treatment attitude and family burden.Results: Compared with the control group, the related knowledge understanding of the family members in the intervention group was improved, and the patients’ positive and negative symptoms, recovery status, insight and treatment attitude etc. were improved signiifcantly and the economic burden of the family was also reduced.Conclusion:The education of the related knowledge for the family members can effectively help the patients with schizophrenia in the stable period rehabilitate better and reduce the economic burden of their families.
